I am sorry Pastor Kramer that your experiences have been bad. Now preface that with "I have never worked with IncomeAtHome.com". I would say this though, many people make enough to get their product free in most programs. Many people also make money. Some even create a great lifestyle.

Think about a real job, you go in and work 40 ours a week for forty years and at the end of the road they give you, if you are lucky, a couple thousand a month until you die. 40 years of your sweat and blood for a tiny portion of all of those profits that you earn them. Talk about playing by rules created by someone else. 90% of the people in any company make very little while the go getters make it to the top and make the lion share of the money. It's the same in every company every where. A couple shepherds and a bunch of sheeple.

At least network marketing and mlm give some one the opportunity to become the boss. To Control their future. To make more than a J.O.B. You just at best break even at a job to. The problem when you don't break even at the end of a job and retire is that you might end up eating dog food and living out the remainder of your days in misery.

If you don'' like disclaimers then i guess you should NEVER buy anything again. I mean, everything from fitness programs and equipment have disclaimers all the way to automobiles. you want slick, look at the federal government officials and how they promise the world and then spend the rest of their time making billions off of our over taxed backs. At least biz opps do give a disclaimer.

I do know many many people who have had great experiences with network marketing and have literally changed their lives. Just because everyone does not have a perfect experience with someones product, service, or opportunity does not mean it is a scam or not not what some are needing or wanting. Whether it is a product from Walmart, online or an opportunity.

Good luck my friend.

"It" may be legal... and it may not be a "scam"... BUT it most certainly is NOT the cure-all for all that is wrong with your finances!!! I'm sick n tired of hearing "reputable" radio, TV, and other public-figure type folks advertising for them!!! It IS MULTI-LEVEL-MARKETING any way you look at it! PERIOD!!!! I have a problem with their way of "selling" product! It IS deceptive and counting on you to not play by THEIR rules -- in other words, miss the deadline / timeline to cancel!!! YOU ARE a pawn on their chess board. IF you want to become a PAIN to your family and friends, then go ahead and give 'em your money -- ASSUMING that you will NOT see it again. I tried a couple of times... and at best came out even... IF I don't count my gas and time I took "attempting" to work the system. BUT just keep in mind that they have all sorts of HIDDEN COSTS... after they've sucked you in! I had to get VERY FIRM in dealing with one company -- threatening to file both small claims action AND a complaint with local and state agencies. Most of the initial materials are very basic / elementary -- stuff you can find on the Internet; AND, of course, "they" are extremely minipulative & deceptive --- can we say "slick" -- at parting you with your money... assurring you that you'll be on easy street in no time! Of course they've cover their own butts with disclaimers buried in the fine print or brief frames that flash up on the screen during their video propaganda. IncomeAtHome.com has a very brief disclaimer near the end of their "YouTube" like video... yet the speaker is so slick, they assume you're not paying attention AND totally miss it! (You have to be extremely quick to pause it, or most likely go back to find the very, very short segment, and then it's such fine print it's difficult to read!) It just flies in the face of being ethical, honest, above-board... whatever you want to call it when someone is less then forthcoming and truly honest! Unfortunatley, I've had to tell more then one person or couple that their money is GONE -- don't expect to see it back... soooo either buy some of the product IF you really can use it AND AFFORD it, OR walk away BEFORE you lose more!

Yep Bill. I played the game too just to see what it was. Paid the app fee, waited for the mail out stuff, got a pretty nice lady called me etc... You are rigt, it took a while to find out it was Herbalife. Worth the wait for me to find out simply because I like to analyze various marketing systems and sometimes apply them to my business model. But I didn't see much value in the cd so it's not a tactic I would implement. I could see if the product and cd was informational and of value to the prospect whether or not they bought the system. So Bill, are you looking for a way to make money still or did you find something that works for you?

the guy that called me was the slickest high pressure salesman I ever heard of, he told me all I had to do was send and answer emails, then right away the coach called me he said the opposite when we had our conference, costs you $50, then you find out it's Herbalife, takes them a long time to tell you, then it costs you another $500 to get your website, then a monthly fee then I hear there are more fees to come, you are really not getting paid to sell Herbalife you are getting paid to get others to spend the money to get in the "business" and if you think Herbalife is a good thing to sell you are competing with the 1000's of Herbalife products people are dumping on eBay

Now I am personally not in incomeathome.com but my answer would be No it will not make you money fast enough. If you get the income at home info you will spend about $50 just seeing what it is. Then to make money you will have to invest into an herbalife distrubutorship and get into a monthly autoship. Results are not that fast in most cases. Sure 1% of the people have fast results in any program but the majority do not.
